ELIZABETH HOLLOWAY

DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL SERVICES

Web users these days are sophisticated. They’ve visited thousands of sites. In less than one second, a web user subconsciously evaluates the look and feel of a website and is already making decisions on how willing they are to do business with you. Desktop, mobile, tablet—a site needs to look good, work intuitively, and help guide the user through the process. Elizabeth is our UX, IA, and design lead. Because good user experience generates more (and more qualified) leads.

Elizabeth has over 15 years of experience in digital design and emerging technology development. She has worked as a designer and director for the Department of Energy, major music labels, global pharmaceutical marketing companies, tech and gaming startups, and advertising agencies. She was a NARAS Grammy committee member for many years and is currently a member of AIGA Las Vegas and the Association for Computing Machinery.

Elizabeth has a B.A. from Virginia Tech and an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction from Iowa State University, with research focusing on cognitive engineering and virtual reality. She is most concerned with creating solutions through digital pathways. Drawing on visual design, user experience design, user interface design, web development, and cognitive psychology, she focuses on delivering positive outcomes for client initiatives. In her free time, she’s usually studying or in her kayak on the Colorado River.
