The Situation

The Howard Hughes corporation pushes boundaries and challenges the limits of conventional thinking. Summerlin sought a transformation from master planned community to global fashion, dining and retail destination positioned as a city unto itself.

The Solution

We created a rebrand and campaign to celebrate connections and a shared sense of belonging that inspires an emotional connection based on the beauty that surrounds us every day. No matter where you turn, Summerlin presents inspiration, with a clear invitation: be a part of something beautiful.

The Results

Home sales (volume and value) lead the country. Residents from Summerlin and throughout the valley requested copies of the videos, and the campaign continues to win awards. But the business impact is what we’re excited about.
